I am absolutely disgusted by this company. We have also been a victim of the cleaning scam that other people are mentioning. We left the house in spotless condition and yet are still being told that the place needed cleaning and have £100 to pay for basic cleaning, which was carried out to a high standard, taking us three evenings to complete. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and yet we check out report says they are dirty and need cleaning - how much cleaner than a professional clean do they need to be?! The house was handed over to us in a disgusting condition, very very dirty and smelly, with broken furniture, a shed which didn't lock and mattresses you wouldn't want your dog to sleep on. We also dealt with Judy Churchward, like the other reviewer on here. It took us 11 months to have them come in a and fix the toilet seat, which was broken when we moved in!! I am absolutely astounded by how we have been treated. Avoid at ALL costs!! I am considering going to Watchdog or the local paper, especially as we are not the only ones.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Absolutely nothing. Disgusted.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Bear in mind that some of your prospective customers are students, who do not have the money or experience that your other customers may have. If you're going to reject tenants from renting tell them as soon as you know rather than waiting for them to get in touch, what are you paid for after all?

I live at Warren Close. Accent has nothing to do with the lifts - they are the responsibility of the ENCORE estate management firm. If you didn't deal with Accent long enough to find this out, you tenancy must have been very short. If you had stayed with them longer, your review would have been very different! ...

The agent showed a complete lack of professionalism, We rented a premium property, at a premium price, and recieved 3rd division service. No manuals, would turn up un-announced, would not lock up property on leaving, threatened us with regard to the deposit (incorrectly understanding the legal position).
