STILL FIGHTING after 6 weeks to review and investigate my complaint, PBs report was far from thorough and incomplete, missing many items. But they admitted failures and accepted blame, but made a totally unacceptable offer of £1,000. I ve lost £1,350 in rent since January, next week it will be another month. The tenant left the house in a poor state, items were lost or missing, plus damages, but PBs were not able to do a Post Tenancy and Inventory check until 3 weeks after the tenant had le ...

Low fixed fees sound good, until you realise that in the bigger picture they cost you more (when you can't get as much for your property and the level of service that you actually get is probably down to them being paid no matter how bad their service is!).
