Don't make the same mistake as us, AVOID! Go to a high street agent, who is trained in customer service, knowledgeable and competent to see their role through!

Talks a good speech until you sign up and the service becomes abysmal. Photo's that look appalling, with that an advert that lacks so be prepared to advertise your own property if you wish for viewings. An online booking form that changes it's availability from what you said more often than you can believe.
Sounds like we were lucky that we did have viewers however the amount of those that didn't have even a mortgage in principal is scary! No feedback - No way of getting feedback if they don't wish to leave any, Brilliant!! Not that the estate agent would do a following up? Never!
Offer accepted, hooray?! If you enjoy horror stories... PB fail to listen to instructions - you request the property stays advertised but no, its taken down an sold - to a viewer who openly admits they have no mortgage, not even in principle.
Solicitors that PB assign you, that honestly are more confused that you whether you can email or post completed forms - be prepared to follow up they have acknowledged them.
At this point you'll probably start to wonder who that tinkle in the background is, the maar dot you can just make out. Oh that'll be your non existence estate agent you never hear of or from, cause their work is done ( when did it start!)
Constant chasing between the sellers & buyers to find out what is exactly going on! Get ready for a 2nd full time job!
You finally see the end hurdle, you grasp that financial statement - you breathe, exchange dates are submitted and contracts are ready . Oh wait! No... Even that statement isn't correct and you have to advise of the errors.
Low and behold communication fails - your buyer gets fed up, a week for completion they pull out - Your solicitors inform you they have received a letter of the buyer pulling out but doesn't state why. But that's ok! You'll hear from that estate agent, who couldn't be anymore rude/ unprofessional to us or about the ex buyers.
Not to worry - PB are on form, they will without your permission advertise your property again! One phone call made - you ask how to withdraw this transaction - well of course you have to do it - I mean, you do everything else how silly to think otherwise.
One mention that we wish to complain and low and behold a certain agent doesn't wish to talk to us and the phone call drops.
One complaint officially submitted !
