In response to your comments, we can confirm that all invoices in relation to your tenancy are completely genuine. You have our complete assurance that throughout the checkout process we have acted with complete honesty and integrity.
Any costs for damages were finalised by an Independent Case Examiner at the TDS, after careful and unbiased consideration of the evidence submitted by the parties including the schedule of condition provided by the Professional Independent Inventory Company.
