Had to vacate previous property early due to Landlord having a family crisis and needing the house back early, so with the help of Nicky and Amy they managed to quickly find me another house to Let which there aren't many to choose from in the first place.the property I first looked at was chosen by the landlord to be given to another couple but they ended up having a family issue as well so the became available to let again ,as I have two children the landlord wasn't that keen but with Nickys

Not knowing Aylesbury we had to make our choice of letting agent initially be telephone. We met with Claire to review the property we were buying and discuss the letting services she could offer. This all went very smoothly - even fitting in with our schedule whilst we were in the UK (which was very much appreciated).
We required some small remedial works to be done. This was all taken in hand by the Claire and the team. It was very efficient and very quickly completed, so we were able to let out the property asap after completion.
All of the team in the office are very welcoming and helpful. This is especially important to us being overseas - we can email/phone and get a response immediately.
The advice and information from all the team throughout has been very helpful to us and we would not hesitate to recommend them as an agent.

We entrusted the rental of our £1.4m house in a Great Missenden to Claire Lloyd Properties and can only describe the outcome as first class. Unbeknown to us and CLP, the house developed a number of problems after we moved out and what should have been a pure marketing exercise for CLP, became the management of a whole gamut of remedial works, ahead of producing a steady state property which could be rented. That would have taken a heap of time that they wouldn't have costed into the deal and yet they responded to every drama without making it into a crisis and that culminated with a two year rental to a quality tenant. And also worth noting that it was CLP who turned down the first two tenancy applications on the basis of financial suitability, when clearly it was in their interest to get a tenant in asap. So all in all, a brilliant result and it's such a thrill these days when businesses deliver not just what they said they would, but in fact go above and beyond.

Me and my partner both worked full time but had found it difficult to find a property initially due to the fact that I was on a temporary contract at work. I went to many other estate agents and most of which said to me because of this I would have to have a Guarantour. However I was told my Guarantour would have to be earning a certain amount of income to be able to allow us to rent a place. In our case my guarantours income would barely allow us to get anywhere for any more than around £550 PCM which limited our options. This was frustrating as me and my partner could both afford somewhere of more than £550 PCM but we would not be considered for this because the guarantours income had to be of a certain bracket to support us. However when contacting Claire Lloyd properties they explained that it didn't matter how much the Guarantour earned as long as they were employed and a UK property owner they could support us whatever the rent (within reason). At this point I had found the property I desired and Claire was more than helpful contacting the landlord right away to make sure he was happy with us having a Guarantour and as he was we all went ahead. Shan Siggers at Claire Lloyd properties has also been very accommodating replying to my every call and email and has kept me informed of every step of the process before moving in. Overall I am very satisfied by the level of customer service provided by Claire Lloyd properties and if It wasn't for them I would have still found myself worried that me and my partner would not be able to find our first home together unless I got a job which was permanent.

However during my Tenancy my shower stopped working and Joe Kariminik was so helpful he went above and beyond chasing my landlord to get everything sorted, he kept me updated on the situation even at one point coming round himself to look at the shower with an engineer to make sure everything that should be being done was. done.

We have 3 properties in Aylesbury which are managed by Claire Lloyd Properties and they have acted for us for over 10 years. All the staff we have dealt with over the years have been conscientious, friendly and helpful. Its easy to see why Claire Lloyd Properties have won Letting Agency of the Year Awards. I have recently rented my property with them and cannot commend them highly enough. From the start I was impressed with all staffs professionalism, we were kept well informed, had feed back after every viewing and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a few problems with electrics and plumbing, the Claire Lloyd Properties contractors were amazing, very quick, efficient and we were given quotes before work started and the costs were realistic and reasonable. I was particularly impressed to find out, via my tenants, that Claire Lloyd had personally responded to an emergency maintenance call in the early hours of a Sunday morning which prevented a serious amount of damage to the property. My husband and I have let properties for many years and have never found an agency that truly responds to problems 24hrs a day, 7 days a week at NO EXTRA cost!!! On a 'fees' note I would add that Claire Lloyd Properties charges are no different to any other agency but the standard of management, care and customer service is in a league of their own, truly outstanding. I feel relieved to have found a letting agencies that truly 'manages' my property honestly and professionally acts on my behalf.

My husband and I were living in Aylesbury nearly a decade ago and rented a small property through Claire Lloyd for two years. They were excellent. We then moved to Europe, I spent time in the USA and then we purchased property in East Anglia. In early 2011 my husband's job was relocated to Aylesbury. By March 2012 we were renting a house through another agent, and it was a nightmare. Thankfully, Claire Lloyd took over the tenancy! Just like a decade ago, their service and expertise is second to none. Even though our current landlord is not utilising a managed let through them, whenever I have a question or need advice they are happy to help me. When our boiler failed and we were without heat and hot water and the landlord was a bit slow to take action, Liz and Catherine at Claire Lloyd did take immediate action although they were not obliged to do so. I have been a property owner, a landlord and a tenant and have dealt with all kinds of estate agents all over the UK and Claire Lloyd is the best. I highly recommend them!
