I must say that it does look a bit strange that right after that horrible complaint concerning staff at this branch there has been two good ones. I have been to this branch in the past when looking to let in the Hampstead area and found the staff there to be quite rude and only concerned with lets that are way above a reasonable price range. Andrew.... So many excuses. It was your job to help me. The contract states quite clearly that I have the right to break the contract at any point provided I find a suitable tenant to take over the lease which I did. You can say what you want but it was not by any means Help you offered and I would question whether all of the good reviews are even valid.
