Listen to YOUR CUSTOMERS. Actually respond to email and calls in a timely fashion - when we pay for management on a 24*7 basis you expect to get some service not arguments.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I have been, and will continue to actively encourage everyone I know in the London area not to use this Estate Agent. If it had just been one individual who was unhelpful, I might have understood, but having dealt with at least 3 with the same poor attitude, it is obviously endemic within the organisation.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
