DO NOT TRUST!!!!! Our washer exploded twice and water had overflown through the sinks we phone l&s and spoke to emergency maintenance the emergency plumber was in the pub and refused to come out and told us to shut the water off so now we have no water so we cant wash clothes/dishes/bathe and were told to wait 4 days im still waiting?! The paint used in the bathroom was incorrectso when we did have water and could shower the paint ran down the wall, our door handle fell off and upon ourselves inspecting the mechanism inside was broken now whilst this is just general wear and tear me and my partner were old we "clearly damaged the door" despite sending pictures and inviting them over to inspect we have still been accused of damaging the property. The door handle had still nto been replaced 6months later we have offered to do it ourselves but they wont fit the bill for anything we repair, our communal door is broken so anyone can walk in we reported this a good 20 times since last oct still nothing has been done and the windows are slightly away from the sealant so we get alot of condensation which is causing alot of mold despite trying to keep on top of it it comes back with a vengance we asked for the windows to be re-sealed but they said no and apparantly every household gets mold and its caused by the fact we sleep in that room my health is very bad as it is and the mold is so bad i can not even sleep in my own room due to mold i currently am sleeping on my sofa. DO NOT TRUST THIS OBOMINATION OF A SO-CALLED COMPANY MONEY HUNGRY CHEATING LIARS WHO JUST ROB U OF EVERY PENNY
What agent could do to change your mind?
the agency could of taken responsilbility for the errors and come fixed them after nearly a year of complaining and getting nowhere we will be leaving and making sure we never use linley and simpson again you are not treated as a valued customer but as an object on their shoe
