My dealings with Andrew Louis were reasonable until it became time for me to leave the property and get my deposit back. At check-out I was informed that I would recieve my full deposit back within 14 days. That was over a month ago, and I still haven't recieved my money. I am ignored or fobbed off when I try and contact them. So if you care about recieving your money back - avoid renting a property from Andrew Louis like the plague.
What agent could do to change your mind?
