View all comments (1) Completely untrue... Sadly I this has post has been "made up" by someone with too much time on their hands and a wild imagination, possibly a competitor. We have just won a National "ESTA" award for customer service amongst Estate Agents and Lettings Agents where we ranked 3rd in the southern region and 11th nationally with a rating of 98.8%. We had this with Northwoods but i phoned the referencing agency and they said we could submit 6 months worth of bank statements showing the rent has been payed on time. Seems thats all they want from your agent is for them to say you payed your rent on time. Hope this helps someone. ...
