We saw a house with this agency and agreed that we would put a deposit down. Despite promising to call us as soon as he got back to the office, the agent didn't bother and then took a deposit from someone else. The actions of this agent have caused us substantial distress, disappointment and inconvenience. Today, we have written to David Tanat-Jones describing the incident and expressing our concerns about the standards of service and professional behaviour at his firm. We await his response.
