We saw a house with this agency and agreed that we would put a deposit down. Despite promising to call us as soon as he got back to the office, the agent didn't bother and then took a deposit from someone else. The actions of this agent have caused us substantial distress, disappointment and inconvenience. Today, we have written to David Tanat-Jones describing the incident and expressing our concerns about the standards of service and professional behaviour at his firm. We await his response.

David has responded by apologising and offering to make amends. The member of staff at fault has been spoken to and has admitted to the mistake which it seems was related to inexperience. We are satisfied that our complaint has been appropriately and adequately dealt with.
