The accommodation was unsafe, filthy, had bare wires hanging from walls. They never responded to any complaints ie no hot water or heating. Would not return calls or emails. They are still holding on to 7 tenants deposits with no communication why. They do not allow you to return to the property when they are inspecting it after the tenancy agreement ends. They charged for removal of pieces of furniture left behind and yet the furniture is still there with new tenants already in occupancy. They said one person did not pay £1000 of rent. After weeks of trying to communicate the person had paid. It was only after bank statements proved all rent was up to date, did they accept there was no arrears. Still no deposits have been returned.

Oh, and did I mention they are the rudest bunch of agents I have ever come across. They badly need customer service training.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicate! And stop stealing. Actually its the governments money. Doesn't that make it a criminal offence?

What agent could do to change your mind?
I will never recommend the agent to my friends or family, because the agent are unprofessional, and unacknowledged for the housing agreement etc.. The only professional skill they know is, how to use the payment machine to get the money from the tenants.
