When we moved in the cleaning wasn't done and we found the landlord apologising and struggling to clean as he could. Later they finally sent a team to clean the house. We asked for some minimal work to be done, had to email many times, were told emails weren't received, staff went on leave without replying, called again and were ignored, then they finally sent a contractor at minimal notice and not at the time discussed. Now work is still not done as contractor wasn't told what to do and only came to take notes. No news since and we will have to chase them again. Everything in the attitude of the people we talked to gives the feeling that they don't care about the tenants or the property they are in charge with. Very disappointed
An update: It has been now two months we are having issues. We first talked to Laura, then to Kayleigh. The first one just ignored us, the later seemed more efficient but still nothing is happening, missing call backs, saying she doesn't have our number and that their email is down. The same excuse was previously used weeks ago. Contractor came and did nothing. It is impossible to have a date when to wait for contractor, basically you need to be at home all the time. Really, the worst letting agency and staff I have been in contact with. Avoid like the plague

It’s actually funny you say that because when I telephoned your office back to speak to a manager I was told there is nothing that can be done as this office is in fact head office. I was told by one of the female staff that speaking to a manager wouldn’t change anything so I asked for an email to email my complaint and was giving a normal email address for enquiries.
