Do not deal with this company.

The property was dirty when the tenants moved in.
The fire alarm was not linked and did not comply with HMO regulations, they only acknowledged this after it was reported to the housing officer.
Loads of problems.
Now one year on they are attempting to make deductions from the deposit and refusing to provide receipts to support these deductions.
This is an absolutely awful company. Please if you read this and are considering using them, don't.
They will lie to you and make promises they have no intention of keeping.
If you have had the same problems and are reading this. Post it. Inform Cardiff Uni, report them to trading standards, contact the housing officer at Cardiff Council.Get this company struck off, they are scum.
Check them out on Experian, Kingston City Property, they have no money.They are currently trading
insolvent. There previous company Kingston LTD went bust in January 2007.

It’s actually funny you say that because when I telephoned your office back to speak to a manager I was told there is nothing that can be done as this office is in fact head office.
