PLEASE DON'T RENT HERE!!
I cannot understand how they have positive reviews on google but I have never regretted anything more than letting with Kingstons. I felt very welcomed and confident when I went to the office and arranged for my deposit to be taken. However, once they had my custom everything changed. My flat was a disgrace, and they made no effort what so ever to make my stay here enjoyable or even liveable at times. It took over 4 months to get a cooker installed, i had mould growing all over my walls which they never attended to. They left my broken kitchen cabinet for a month and the sink had a leak which they failed to mention which cause all my utensils to grow mould, twice. They have no regards for your issues until you have complained for at least 4 weeks.
TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. they tried charging me for a tv bracket that was there when i moved in and stains on the walls caused by their neglect to the property. email these to them the day you move in, however you shouldn't need to because you shouldn't be renting with them in the first place. They assured me these were documented, but it came as little surprise to me, after everything, that they weren't when i moved out. They also charge you a £60 check out fee for doing nothing and they had the cheek to tell me to be patient when i was demanding my deposit back a MONTH after moving out. They seem to be incredibly helpful before you purchase, but this is the complete opposite to how their service actually works. i genuinely felt miserable living where i did and they did nothing to help my situation. complete disgrace of a letting agency and if i could leave 0 stars i would have. shocking service.

£250 admin fees and £60 check out fee. i personally don't rent a lot so i'm not sure if this is a good rate. but considering their service is non existent its a complete joke.

It’s actually funny you say that because when I telephoned your office back to speak to a manager I was told there is nothing that can be done as this office is in fact head office. At Kingstons we take all complaints very seriously and would have liked the opportunity to discuss the content of your review in person. We do have a complaints procedure which has not been followed correctly in this instance.
