The worst estate agents you could possibly go to!! They don't even deserve one star. Unbelievably unorganised, they don't care about their tenants, and they will passive aggressively argue with you over the phone when you question them about their own mistakes!! They try as hard as they can to not give you your deposit back and if they do it will take about 3 months to get it back! So much more to say but not enough words to fit it in this review! Bottom line do not go with them at all costs!!!

It’s actually funny you say that because when I telephoned your office back to speak to a manager I was told there is nothing that can be done as this office is in fact head office. I was told by one of the female staff that speaking to a manager wouldn’t change anything so I asked for an email to email my complaint and was giving a normal email address for enquiries.
