They are a bad company, happy to set you up but when you have problems, they fob you off and say they will call you back and never do. When you call them back you get told you dont need to check up on us!. Mistakely thought landlord was also to blame so went to a different property with them, report problems 4 months ago and still waiting, still getting told will call back and they dont. Reported all problems at same time, yet appear to have no record so have to wait weeks for somebody to come out and weeks for a quote and months for the work to be done. Leaking roof but was told person dealing with repairs is out this afternoon doing viewings so may not call you back today (this was Friday), so left all weekend hoping it wont rain. Causing more damage and costing the landlord more. Feel really sorry for the landlady. Staff dont care, and one has a terrible attitude and very defensive/aggressive. The `owner` of the company is just as bad, very rude, yells at you and walks away when you have a problem. He just doesnt care.
