Penny Ashton will make sure that they rip off every penny from you when you are ending your contract. They have horrendous charges that they deduct from your deposit leaving it almost half of its amount.

No matter how clean the property is left (even in a better condition than it was given) they will charge you £85 for cleaning which is insane. They further charge £60 Closing contract fee £42 TDC deposit fee. Total £187.

Disgusting customer service after you sign the contract they would not reply to your emails no matter how worse the situation is. We shifted in the first week on February and the boiler wasn\'t working they took 2-3 days to fix it leaving us in the most horrible condition considering how the weather was.
It was written in the agreement that the broken blinds will be changed but they weren't even when we left the apartment.

Utterly DISPLEASED by the service! not recommended!!!
