Agree with a lot of the comments in regards to bad agency to deal with, they will charge you even if you return the house in a very clean and tidy condition, delay repairs and charge tenants for repair of equipment fitted in the house and used by previous tenants for xxx years...

What agent could do to change your mind?
To change my mind, the agency could have offered ANY KIND OF SERVICE at all. Instead, they were unprofessional, rude, neglectful and expensive. All of my requests for repair work went unanswered, leaving me without a bedroom light for 4 months until I had to suspend my rent. I would go so far as to say this agency is dangerous, as the "electrician" they finally sent to me was unqualified. In my experience, this company is beyond help. It would be best if it was shut down altogether.
