Like everybody else, I have only had negative experiences with this shower of gansters. They are slow to act on absolutely every problem and as other people have pointed out, their fees are extortionate and will come up with any excuse to try and keep money from the deposit. I don\'t understand why any landlord would allow them to take care of their property. Our flat had many problems which they just brushed under the carpet and I would imagine the landlord was never informed.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They are the worst organisation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with
