Recently had all personal details shared by their awful staff, apparently they have no privacy policy needless to say I will be reporting them to the office of fair trading and the ombudsman. Not professional in the slightest, heard reports they share details of what offers have been made on a house if they prefer certain clients to get the property than others. Once was a lovely firm to deal with now full of incompetent rude obnoxious staff that claim you are in the wrong and make blatant lies to your face. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have actually answered our questions, helped us with questions and getting quotes regarding our survey, not trying to bully us into purchasing the property blind without knowing how much we were going to have to spend making it habitable. The list is endless.
