Initially communication with the Estate Agent was sporadic and required myself to 'chase things up' at times, however after Danielle was assigned as my 'point of contact' and following a 'one to one' discussion with her where I explained my expectation etc., we had a really good agent / client relationship thereafter.
As time progressed although there was a considerable amount of interest in the property no serious offers being submitted, Danielle was receptive to suggestions with regard to small changes which could be made to attract more interest in the property and in fact came up with a few suggestions herself which we agreed to try.
Once the sale had been agreed Danielle worked very closely with myself to ensure that the transaction was completed efficiently and professionally.
From agreement to completion in 4 weeks - Although this involved considerable input from myself to achieve this, the support from Danielle was unquestionable and we worked as a 'team' throughout the process. Couldn't have asked for more.
Comment on agent fees
Agents fees were a little higher than local competitors and at he time , it was made quite clear that there was no room for negotiation.
Initial valuation of property was considerably higher than the final sale price, in the Estate Agent (not Danielle) subsequently suggested that the price was reduced to entice a potential sale.
