I was in my notice period whem i finally sold my property. I got told by 2 people that had rang the office for information about my property and both said the same that they sound like they dont want to be there and just generally depressed with no enthusiasm at all to sell ypur property. When i sold my property the 3rd time as twice fell through previous and i just dont think they were serious buyers which they should of picked up on. They knew the time frame we needed when i finally sold for 3rd time due to the developer i was buying mine from but when this date came closer they all denied knowing so i had to prove it was in writing (thankfully). This didnt happen by more than 4 weeks and was due to delays all the way through with the mortgage / search fees / searches and just a bad solicitor which was their preferred one they put to the clients if they dont have one already ( would never recommend that solicitor either) . I was told different things all the time and they kept lying to me on how long things take. When things were not coming back within the time frames on numerous aspects they would refer to "its out of our hands" and "not our fault". If i called to chase up they just didnt want to know and only danielle would be one to push and go out of her way but if shes away or unavailable then there isnt anyone else to do her work etc and no one she trusted to do it properly. Danielle is the only one that sounds interested or capable to be honest.
I would really advise to go with another agent especially if your in a specific time frame and go with your own solicitor as they both work together to hide delays and blame etc. The fees also they wasnt prepared to even discount it by £500 when it was £3500 incl VAT. A lot of money for the poor service i received and for the stress they put me through.
This is just a very honest review as i wouldnt want anyone else to go through what i did
