Everyone on here is spot on.

Completely misled us when letting us a property, Told us certain things would be sorted by certain dates and never got done. Hidden mould behind furniture was not dealt with, simply painted over.

Terrible customer service and a terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I endorse this review. Apparently they are not breaking any laws to turf people out after a short time, retain all fees, and immediately advertise the property at a greatly increased rent. I shall be putting this in front of the Property ombudsman. Rules or no rules this is immoral - probably amoral in fact as this weasely little agent appears to have none. ...
