STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! Theres MICE issues which they refused to take care of, MOULD everywhere, they take ages to do repairs, if they do them at all. You can expect a house thats basically FALLING APART, and later blame you so they can keep your deposit. They sent pest control for the mice issue but even stated themselves “pest control dont do anything, they just put down poison and that it” well if you know that why wont you send someone in to find and close up the entry points!
We had a break in in the house, they did nothing, claimed it was a tenant dispute despite the fact that the person who broke in was not on the lease. The person who broke in mostly destroyed things belonging to me and my flatmates, but also sprayed liquids on the walls so they had to be repainted. At first they refused to do any repairs resulted from the break in, they only started to do repairs when everyone in the house wanted to move out and they had to rent it to someone else.
There was another issue with one of the tenants who went to deliver the keys in the office and he became very aggressive with them, causing a scene. Yet, they refused to take his keys and encouraged him to go back to the house to “sort things out”. So that he could start a fight with me and the other flatmates instead? ENCOURAGING A VERY UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT.
They started to hold viewings while I still lived there, which was fine, however they refused to wear masks any time they entered the property. Yet when you go to the office you must wear a mask and sanitise upon entry, so its not like they dont know the severity of the pandemic. But its clear that TENANTS SAFETY IS NOT A CONCERN. One day when there had a been viewing I came home hours later only to find that Chris had left the GARDEN DOOR WIDE OPEN! Encouraging another break in or maybe increase the mice issue?
Like others have stated on here, they will find ANY EXCUSE TO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. They blamed me for the break in stating it was a tenants dispute despite the fact that there was a third party who broke in, and therefore refuse to return the deposit.
If you ever need something from them such as repairs they will not answer emails and make excuses on the phone. However if they need something from you they will harass you with endless phone calls! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND ANY OTHER AGENCY.
Was also asked to please write them a positive review, so I’m gonna guess the few positive ones on here were asked the same, and they probably havent lived there long enough to get the real experience of what a shit show this agency actually is.

I endorse this review. Apparently they are not breaking any laws to turf people out after a short time, retain all fees, and immediately advertise the property at a greatly increased rent.
