Londons people are the worst estate agents you could ever choose no house is worth having to deal with Londons People. They are the scum of all letting agents which you can see by these reviews. First of all I will address the issue which is Chris Chris Socrates the owner of Londons people. The First day we moved in we were given the wrong keys, we were left waiting for 4 hours with all our belongings in the garden. Chris turns up 4 hours late, no apology upon arrival he simply went to the back window and smashed it to get into the house, this is the kind of person I had to deal with for two years. Chris is a very angry LITTLE man who's only objective is to rip people off, especially students as well as first time tenants. This is a man who has verbally abused me on the phone more than once, simply I was asking him to fix issues with the property I was living at at the time. This is the man that left us in a unfit and frankly disgusting house where two tenants including myself were getting ill from the conditions we were left in and only fixed issues when he was threatened with action from environmental health. He is the kind of person to shout down the phone and then not turn up to the house and send one of his employees who are equally as uneducated and useless as Chris himself. I word of advice to anyone who is looking to rent No. 66 St Julians Farm Road, this house has a severe damp problem due to a leak in the roof, something which Londons people refuse to address, the bathroom is constantly mouldy as well as the rooms and they will come round and paint over this again and again, accusing tenants of not maintaining the property when infant its the letting agents who cut corners and bodge everything they possibly can to same some money. I have evidence, videos and images to back up this claim and will be more than happy to speak to anyone who is having the same issues time and time again with Londons people. Chris will try to take your deposit away at the end of the tenancy and add charges on top of anything he possibly can. Make sure you photograph the house when you move in if you want any of your deposit back, something which we happened to do and left Londons people and its colleagues looking very stupid when they infect had to return our money. AVOID these letting agents by all costs it is not worth your money or time find another property or letting agents.

With regards to my being an angry little man I'm nothing of the sort. I have a job to do and one of those jobs is to collect rent and pass it onto landlords. If you were renting your property through us and a tent was consistently late with his/her rent you would be glad that I'm on your side.
Mr Neish and one of the other tenants were late with their rent during most of the tenancy and month after month it was necessary to chase them. They stopped responding to my calls, failed to reply to our emails, ignored letters. Mr Neish feels that because he doesn't have adaqate funds to meet his commitments he can just go on enjoying this supposedly damp and uninhabitable house. Might be a good time to point out that the three other tenants paid their rent on time every month. One of them asked me for a reference for his new agent and I had no hesitation in giving that because I never had to ask him to pay his rent.
I'm responsible for hundreds of thousands of pounds of other people's money and I have to be certain that I collect it as landlords rely on me to pay them on time in order to meet their own commitments. Mr Neish obviously didn't consider anyone but himself when he didn't pay his rent. He didn't consider that his landlord has his own commitments to his mortgage company, insurance and other outgoings and that in order to meet those commitments he will gave to find the funds elsewhere.
Another important point to make here is that Mr Neish and all the other tenants of the property signed up for a second year. It doesn't make sense that if the property was in such a horrendous damp condition why would they sign up for a second year of misery and Pay the increase in rent for the second year.
Back to the point of my being an angry little man, you only have to read the abusive and offensive wording of Mr Neish's review to to realise that Mr Neish obviously has some serious issues otherwise his review would have been more factual rather than personal.
Clearly Mr Neish failed to mention his own transcresions with regards to his erratic rent payments as it would have made him look vindictive and dishonest.
It's best to stick to facts when reviewing an agent and be absolutely certain that your account is not one sided
