All of the staff I have spoken to at Cowell and Norford have been friendly and professional. They are very proactive and reliable.
On receiving the unfortunate news a few weeks into the sale that our buyers had withdrawn their offer, Sam was quick to arrange more viewings and secure us a new sale within 3 days! This meant that we were able to keep our new purchase.
It is also good to see an estate agents who embrace technology, using text messages to confirm viewings which I found really helpful. They also offer 3D floor plans as part of the house profile.
Jason Diamond who valued our property was by far the most enthusiastic of the three agents who had valued the house and I instantly felt confident in the service they would provide and they didn't disappoint.
The house description and photographs provided by Lorry were exceptional and meant that we had interested buyers straight away (we originally sold in just over a week!).
I have always felt I could contact them when I have needed and Sam has been quick to return any calls. Unlike most of the other estate agents in Rochdale you can contact them all day on Saturdays.
When we viewed houses that they were marketing they were the only agent who phoned us straight away the next morning for feedback.
I wouldn't hesistate to recommend Cowell and Norford to any potential clients and will most certainly be using them for any house sales in the future.
