I am currently with housetree and although my house has been put back onto the website, they have not put the house back on as a premium listing as I aid for and never answer the phone or respond to emails. Very frustrated having paid nearly £500 up front, advice to all do not use them! ...

Dear Simon, I hope you have managed to resolve this now, however in line with most companies we are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, please do get in contact again and we will do our very best to sort out this situation. You should be able to have the solar instillation go ahead and the EPC should not hold this process up, especially over the Christmas holidays. ...
