I was selling my country cottage and trying to buy a house in the nearby town - also EX17 . This was quite a stressful situation for an 80 year old but Loren was extremely supportive and helpful throughout, as were all the others iin the office if I popped in. My own house was sold in 4 days.
I was given immediate notice when anything suitable for me came on the market. This meant they were able to help me to coordinate the selling and buying. A date in common has been achieved which is wonderful.
I always felt comfortable going into the office, or phoning, with no matter how small a worry.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
