Jonathan at Helmore's helped make a very stressful move bearable !
After 13 months from placing our property on the market with Helmore's and one sale falling through we are finally in our new house !
Jonathan kept me updated all the way through, he listened patiently to try and ease my stress and anxiety and even on occasion's had to give me a shoulder to cry on (on the phone)
I would highly recommend Helmore's and especially Jonathan, I can't thank him enough and we are so happy in our new home.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
