We are actually buyers, but we really appreciated the help and support James and Loren gave us during a very difficult process.
Our initial enquiries were professionally dealt with by James, who has a great knowledge of the local property market. His answers allowed us to make an accepted offer on our dream property. Throughout the negotiations he was extremely professional, which made the process a great deal easier for both parties.
The purchase process was fraught with difficulties due to a collapsed chain, but Loren helped us through this with support and advice. Without this we would not be about to move to the area and start our new lives.
Both James and Loren proved to be extremely professional and supportive. We are very impressed with the excellent service levels provided to us as buyers, and can only imagine the quality of service provided to the sellers.
If we have cause to sell any property in the future we will make Helmores our first call.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
