With buying my first home I really didn't know what to expect as I had never done it before. However with the help of both Sue and especially Jonathan my experience has been great, they explained everything so clearly and kept me informed promptly with what was going on. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and everyone has always been so kind and friendly. I also cannot thank Jonathan enough for the help that he gave me with chasing various people and making sure I got the answers I needed and the best outcome possible for us. We are so grateful for all his help.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
