We have just sold our barn conversation through Helmores and Rona was our main point of contact. Rona was extremely efficient and professional throughout. She worked really hard at making sure people were communicating along the chain which was problematic at times! Rona kept us updated as soon as she had any information. Our impression is that Rona very much held everything all together and we were very impressed with her hard work, communication skills, approach and calm manner. Thank you!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
