Good overall service, from arranging viewings to helping point us in the right direction when issues arose after moving in. Only downside is the price of the agency fees. Having paid over £400 for some contracts and a bit of administration work can't help but feel that was a bit extortionate. This is however no fault of the agent who has been great.

I have to agree with this, unless you have a mortgage with them then they don't even let you view properties. This means sellers miss out on the best offer and buyers miss out on a dream home.
The branch never opens on time and the staff can't be bothered to even look at you if you enter the shop.

Comment on agent fees
I feel that value for money has sometimes been questionable with the contractors that BE use to repair the property. I would prefer if there were at least three quotes generated and the property owner could choose the preferred quotation.
