Saw the flat the week before Christmas and needed to move in 2nd week of Jan, so three weeks during a time when a large number of places are closed. By providing the right information on my part efficiently and Becky assisting in getting it pushed through all details were ready for me to move in on SAt 13th, the day I requested. No mean feat with 3 Bank Holidays and general Christmas Shutdown. Also I was out of town the week prior to moving in so communication was dependent on emails. Glad it was completed so quickly and efficiently. THanks Becky!

I have to agree with this, unless you have a mortgage with them then they don't even let you view properties. This means sellers miss out on the best offer and buyers miss out on a dream home.
The branch never opens on time and the staff can't be bothered to even look at you if you enter the shop.

Comment on agent fees
I feel that value for money has sometimes been questionable with the contractors that BE use to repair the property. I would prefer if there were at least three quotes generated and the property owner could choose the preferred quotation.
