I have communicated with Paul Waters on numerous occasions over a period of a year. He is always polite, extremely service minded and prompt. His professionalism has really made a difference to myself and my family, especially of late when we had an unfortunate armed robbery and needed to secure and repair our rented property. Paul is an excellent representative for BE and I have had to use many estate agencies previously so I consider myself to be a highly experienced tenant and reviewer (I have moved 12 times internationally since 2003).

I have to agree with this, unless you have a mortgage with them then they don't even let you view properties. This means sellers miss out on the best offer and buyers miss out on a dream home.
The branch never opens on time and the staff can't be bothered to even look at you if you enter the shop.

Comment on agent fees
I feel that value for money has sometimes been questionable with the contractors that BE use to repair the property. I would prefer if there were at least three quotes generated and the property owner could choose the preferred quotation.
