Awful experience, wouldn't submit my offer without me agreeing to use there services, felt black mailed and pressured, constant lies , the whole experience made me ill , I had to pull out on my offer in the end, they ruined my experience, avoid at all costs

I have to agree with this, unless you have a mortgage with them then they don't even let you view properties. This means sellers miss out on the best offer and buyers miss out on a dream home.
The branch never opens on time and the staff can't be bothered to even look at you if you enter the shop.
Yesterday, after having my emails and calls ignored, I went outside the store and called them. I saw a male member of staff lift up the receiver and just put it down to cut me off then turn around ...

Comment on agent fees
I feel that value for money has sometimes been questionable with the contractors that BE use to repair the property. I would prefer if there were at least three quotes generated and the property owner could choose the preferred quotation.
