I had previously bought a property through Helmores and found them very good, and so went back to them when looking to buy again. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, both in setting up viewings, and being the channel of contact with the vendors when I put in my offer for the property which I subsequently bought. Everything went very smoothly, and I was very happy with the service Helmores provided.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
