My initial contact with Helmores was with Phil Morgan, who came to value my property for sale. His manner was quietly efficient, listening to my requirements in such a way that I felt confident for the company to take my house sale forward.
After this, my contact was Ian Blanchard who calmly and clearly updated me as to the progress of the sale. Usually having to leave messages on various forms of communication, I always felt that I was kept informed. Having moved several times, I consider myself aware of how things should go, and in spite of this move being rather more difficult than previously, Ian worked with me to a satisfactory conclusion. I would recommend Ian and the team to others.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
