Although acting for the vendor, Ian went out of his way to keep us, the purchasers, up to date on matters as they progressed. There were one or two issues that cropped up during the process which were resolved in no small part due to Ian's timely, measured and professional communications to both parties. I have worked in commercial and residential property management for over 30 years. Helmores gives a service I should be more than happy to recommend.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
