We sold our property through Helmores and also purchased our new house through Helmores. All of our dealings were with Phil, James & Ian and they were all fantastic! When coming to our property they always arrived on time and if they said they would give me a call~they always did! If they were busy with another costumer when I called them they would always call me back asap. When we next sell a property we would not hesitate to contact them again, very helpful and very professional.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
