I found Helmores service to be excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again in the future. Nothing was too much trouble. The gift they send of bread, milk, local coffee and other items is just what you need when you move in and perfect timing. I dealt with many of the staff in the office during the purchase and they were all really helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It was good to be able to ring up and anyone in the office know about the purchase and stage it was at, rather than having to wait for the person who was main contact if they were out of the office. They offered helpful advice about the purchase and intended renovations as well as the local area.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
