Helmores kept us informed of developments throughout and overall service was very polite and efficient. Details of the property were produced very shortly after initial visit by Helmores and the property sold very quickly. Helmores sent e-mail details to possible purchasers, before even the property had been advertised, and a sale was agreed - and finalised within just a few weeks.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
