My friend and I had a short time frame to meet an exacting wish list. Jenny could not have been more helpful in arranging viewings at short notice, making suggestions and providing "us in the moment" new listings.
We looked at properties outside of our area as they met other criteria and above and below our price ideal price banding. This gave us the maximum choice. In a little over a week Jenny added many miles to her car meeting us at addresses in a 10 mile radius.
Jenny found us a property that met all of our needs and exceeded them. Thanks to Beth to for their exemplary work, not for finding a house but for finding a home.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
