All of the staff within the Helmores branch in Crediton have been polite and professional at all times. From the immediate contact of making an appointment to have our property valued through to receiving a goodies hamper on the day we moved into our new property. These simple things put my mind at ease right the way through the process.
Communication was excellent, whether it be verbally or through email. I pull highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
