Rob Stoyle inspected, valued and advised on the method of sale. His enthusiasm for the property was evident and we felt confident in his firms ability to sell on the right terms. A purchaser was soon found but for various reasons out of the agents control progress to completion was protracted and more stressfull than we had hoped. However Ian held the sale together well and guided the transaction to a successful conclusion. As expected Helmores proved that they are the best agents in the Crediton area.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
