I used Helmores for the sale of my house and was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. I found the Vendor's Portal particularly useful in assessing activity and interest in my property. There were a number of viewings and offers and I managed to sell fairly quickly at a price I found acceptable. During the sometimes difficult negotiations leading up to exchange Loren was particularly helpful in liaising between the parties and providing up to date information on proceedings, which made the transaction less stressful. I would highly recommend Helmores in Crediton and wish them success in all their future dealings.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
