Despite the length of time that the purchaser has taken to finalize the transaction, my experience with Rob Stoyle and the other members of his team has been absolutely terrific. I recently sold a property here in the US and found the process of dealing with Rob in the UK to be so much more professional than here. Rob was always very direct, honest and worked very hard to find the best possible purchaser at the best price. He worked tirelessly in communicating between buyer and seller, kept me well informed, and was always available when needed. In addition, he was extremely helpful in following up, making constructive suggestions about price negotiation, and in dealing with my elderly mother, who had been living in the home. I give Rob Stoyle full marks for his excellent service and would recommend him to other sellers with hesitation.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
