My husband has dealt with Helmores for many years , firstly with Alan & John and then later with Rob & Phil.
I have continue to use helmores for both selling & buying properties, and recently for them to rent and manage for me..
The office is very friendly and they always make you feel welcome, a lovely atmosphere, and nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff, and a pleasure to visit them .

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
