I live in London & contacted Helmores to sell two properties in Devon for me. The sale was managed by Rob Stoyle. I cannot praise them highly enough. From the initial contact to exchange they have been helpful & professional, advising me on the presentation of the properties, securing local tradesmen to bring the properties up to scratch & marketing them effectively to help me achieve the best price. Everyone at Helmores works as part of a team so they all know what's going on. They return your calls & they have been unfailing proactive. As a result my properties had a very high volume of viewings & went to sealed bids. I would not hesitate to use Helmores again as they have exceeded all expectations!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
